Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere of Clos Corbier, a 19th century Champagne house located in the heart of the hillsides classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the company of our passionate team, you will discover the history and know-how of Champagne.
The visit starts with a walk in our mini vineyard to introduce you to the three emblematic grape varieties of the region. You will then discover our press and go down to our cellars, where the aging bottles rest. This underground visit will also allow you to discover our winery.
Then move on to a tasting workshop : 3 Champagnes from our two family houses — Champagne Collard-Milesi and Champagne Domaine Méo — will be presented to you, each revealing a unique style and personality.
The evening will continue around a Champagne dinner friendly, served in our cellar. This meal will highlight local products and will be accompanied by a food and wine pairing including Champagne, a Coteau Champenois and a ratafia.
During the Christmas period, a special Savoyard-inspired dish will warm up this gourmet experience, in a festive spirit and in a place full of charm.

It is a complete experience of 3 hours in the evening starting at 18:00, a great opportunity to end a day in Champagne in the best possible way. You start with a walk through the mini vineyard, a visit to the traditional press and a descent into the estate's underground cellars, guided by one of our guides. Then comes a tasting workshop for 3 family champagnes, before settling down for a convivial champagne dinner served in the Clos Corbier cellar.
Lunch is built around a traditional Champagne menu, prepared by our chef using local produce. We start with Gougères Champagne as an aperitif, before moving on to the table with hummus and champagne lentillons as a starter. The dish combines a vegetarian quiche with local products and a champagne pâté, served with a salad. We continue with a selection of regional cheeses, and the meal concludes with a dessert based on pink biscuits from Reims.
The set is accompanied by a carefully selected selection: a champagne, a Coteaux Champenois and a Champagne ratafia at the end of the meal — to naturally extend the tasting experience.
The Friday evening format is designed to fit naturally into a weekend in Champagne. You arrive at the end of the week, you start with an immersive experience and a convivial dinner at Clos Corbier, and you have the whole weekend ahead of you to explore the region.
