You will explore our mini vineyard, composed of three grape varieties, before being introduced to our traditional wine press. Then you will venture through the domain's underground cellar tunnels, where our precious wines are aging gracefully. This subterranean tour will allow you to discover our fermentation room, where our wines are carefully nurtured. There, you will also learn the secrets of the Champagne-making method, from the harvest to the final dosage.
To conclude this visit, you will be able to partake in three workshops centered around the Champagne-making method, an olfactory experience, and a tasting—a convivial and enriching experience designed to help you understand the magic of Champagne and stimulate your senses. You will have the opportunity to taste three of our family Champagnes, stemming from the two family brands, including First and Grand Crus, as well as a vintage Blanc de Blancs.
